We couldn’t be happier to welcome back dear old friend Chris Christensen to Cerf Club, this Friday night at Après!
This Friday June 7th, Cerf Club is excited to host our pal Chris Christensen of Bodkin Wines to celebrate the release of Hotspur Cuvée, his sparkling rosé. That’s pink bubbles, y’all. Who doesn’t love pink bubbles?
Chris knows a thing or two about bubbles. In 2013, with teammate Andrew Chambers and 24 tons of fruit, Bodkin produced 1,100 cases of the country’s first Sauvignon Blanc with bubbles. Since then, Bodkin Wines has produced over 15 varietals of wine, eleven of which were scored at 90 points or higher by Wine Enthusiast. They’re dedicated to keeping their presence small and unique, despite growing every day. Bodkin Wines is still 100% owned by both Chris and Andrew, two guys living and working hard in Sonoma County.
Chris has made wines for the Cerf Club label since the beginning. He makes our Deerblood Rosè, the upcoming Brenton Red Blend, and made the 2017 vintage of our Naturfreunde Sauvignon Blanc.
In addition to fantastic wine, we’ll be featuring new dishes from the chefs at Stag Dining, sweet jams and other assorted hi-jinx.
